Alum Cliffs Track

This is great walk, that’s an out and back walk from Kingston Dog Beach. Perfect for the dogs being able to cool off in the ocean after a hike, and you can grab a coffee at Robbie Browns or a beer at The Salty Dog (which is also dog friendly).

The track goes through great bushland, with a clear and easy path to follow, lovely views and seats to sit and admire the view. It’s undulating, but not too intense. Dogs are on lead, until they get to the beach.

Start at the end of the dog beach, walk down and across the white bridge across the water. At the other side, go behind the building and you’ll see the sign for the Alum Cliffs Track. Make your way along the track, and eventually (in 1-2 mins) you’ll find yourself at a junction, turn right to go onto the dog beach, and turn slightly left to take the Alum Cliffs Track.

Great bushland, clear and easy path to follow, great views and seats to sit and admire the view. Undulating, not just flat ground.
